Remote Locations
Security at remote locations has always been a challenge, it has been difficult to give temporary access and install products that can withstand attack.
Kaba has two specific products that address these issues. Within the Kaba elolegic range Kaba has developed the mobile facility. This allows a central control station via GSM to give access to a remote person at the site.
The access can be given for any length of time and it is completely stand alone. For physical security the newly developed Kaba Gateshield has been used widely within the Utilities and Telecommunication sectors.
It replaces padlocks for gates, cabinets, doors etc at remote locations and resists sustained attacks by power tools. High quality padlocks only survive 20 seconds of attack by a grinder!
