Workforce Management - Time and Attendance

Integration with Oracle

Since 1998, Kaba has been a member of the Oracle Partner Network (OPN, formerly CAI) and a member of OAUG. As a member of the program, Kaba certified its AutoTime interface to Oracle Projects and Oracle WIP, and also has completed its AutoTime integration to Oracle HR. Today, Kaba has several Oracle customers using AutoTime and Oracle Applications, including BAE, Dana, Goodrich, and Kollsman, among others.

Kaba is committed to continuing its relationship with Oracle and Oracle customers. We will maintain the integration of AutoTime to Oracle Apps as Oracle releases new versions. We will continue to attend the national and regional OAUG and Oracle trade shows and work closely with the Oracle team in situations that call for AutoTime functionality. In fact, Kaba is recommended as the premiere provider of time and labour management solution for discrete manufacturers, especially those in the aerospace and defence industry (DCAA regulated) See Oracle White Paper.

AutoTime provides companies with significant benefits

AutoTime is extremely user-friendly. Both its time clocks and its web time cards are intuitive and streamlined.

AutoTime calculates the hours and costs of payroll in environments with complex work and pay rules. The system is extremely configurable and effectivity date-driven so that when these policies change, the software does not have to be rewritten to accommodate the changes.

AutoTime provides the enterprise accurate, immediately available labor data if you require labor collection. The accuracy saves money by reducing the number of corrections made to data erroneously entered.

AutoTime utilizes the latest technologies while conforming to industry standards. From its component-based design and development to its scalable, browser-based deployment, AutoTime is a non-proprietary system that integrates well into your corporate enterprise.
